Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
